Know your cheesemaker!

Strolling of the Heifers believes that sustainable living means knowing where your food comes from — and we are fortunate, in Vermont, to have a great opportunity to meet and know our cheese makers.  Most Vermont cheese makers offer their cheese directly to the public at the dairy where it is made, and many offer tours.  In each case, please check to be sure about the season, dates and hours you may be able to visit.
